Annie Crow Daniel was born in Charleston, Arkansas to Isaac Crow and Jane Stewart Crow. of Tennessee.
Annie's mother passed away when she was five years old where upon she went to live with her sister and brother-in-law in Lincoln, Arkansas. At the age of fifteen she moved to Texas with her father and brothers and at sixteen years of age she married James Nathaniel (Nate) Daniel. They were Married Aug 2, 1891, at Brownwood, TX. There were seven children born to this union. After her husbands death in 1943 Annie moved back to Arkansas to be near her daughter.
