Goodson Daniel Guthrie Dies At Hamilton, O.; Father Of Local Man
Goodson Daniel Guthrie, 86, died at his daughter's home, 233 North Fourth street, Hamilton, Ohio, Wednesday evening following an illness of five days. Mr. Guthrie has been a resident of Wildie, Ky., all his life but spent the last six months at Hamilton.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Ollie Spiers of Hamilton, Mrs. Rubie Helms of Clearwater, Fla., Mrs. Myrtle Miller of Franklin, Ohio; five sons, Burley L of Winchester, Steve of Union City, Howard of Bethel, Bert of Port Orange, Fla., and Cegal of Wildie, Ky.; and 44 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Brown and Dawson mortuary in Hamilton.
