Linda came to us as a child of about 7 yrs. She and her younger sister, Teresa. My life changed forever the moment I saw her. She was shy, but outgoing, warm and friendly. I loved her from the start!! These two little girls were lovingly adopted by my parents, thus forever making them/her my "little sisters". She has 2 other older sibblings (possibily more)that she never knew, that were in Colorado in 1957 with their mother Justine Davis, where all four children lived with her on E 20th St, Denver, Colo. No one knows what became of her mother, Justine or their 2 older sibblings, although it is very possible and likely Linda has relatives in Louisiana, as this is where Justine is from. Linda loved to play the piano and was very good at it!! She was married to Charles Robbins, sadly, Linda never had children, and she loved them so.
She was a lifelong member of Macedonia Baptist Church/Denver, and attended Bethlehem Baptist church for a period of time. In her free time, Linda enjoyed family, friends, motorcycles and dancing. By profession, she was a resturant manager and exceptional cook. Her favorite colors were gold and purple, her favorite flowers were yellow roses and every varity of Lilly.
Linda suffered a massive full brain stroke at age 53 and for 11 mos, she bravely fought her way back from this devestating and crippling illness, the Lord saw she was tired, and by His grace and with His mercy, gave her eternal peace. This smiling, loving, kind and beautiful spirit is dearly loved and deeply missed.
