Miss Lola Ross, aged 71, of Star City died Monday. She was a retired employee of C and L Electric Cooperative and a graduate of Arkansas A and M College. Survivors are a brother, Hugh Ross of Star City and a sister, Mrs. A. F. Landstrom of Kirksville, Mo. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Mount Zion Presbyterian Church. Burial will be at Mount Zion Cemetery by Griffin Funeral Home here. Memorials may be made to Mount Zion Cemetery fund.

Lola Ross
Star City - Lola Ross, 71, of Star City, died Monday at the nursing home here.
She was a graduate of Monticello High School and Arkansas A&M College (not the University of Arkansas at Monticello). She was a retired employee of the C and L Electric Cooperative.
Survivors include a brother, Hugh Ross of Star City and a sister, Mrs. A. F. Landstrom of Kirksville, Missouri.
Funeral services were scheduled for 3 p.m. today at the Mount Zion Presbyterian Church by Reverend Dennis Dodson. Burial was to be in Mount Zion Cemetery by Griffin Funeral Home of Star City.
