Birth: Oct. 23, 1900
Death: Mar. 19, 1917

Henry Jason Sizemore was the first of thirteen children born to Hillery Walter and Ida Carter Sizemore of Pumpkin Valley, near Eidson, Hawkins County, TN. Although his tombstone says his birth was 23 Oct. 1901 this appears to be an error as other family documents say 1900. The fact that his brother Kern was born 27 Jan. 1902 seems to bear this out. He died on 19 Mar. 1917 at home of what was suspected to be leukemia at the too young age of sixteen.

Henry Sizemore was the first child (of 13) of H.W. and Ida Carter Sizemore and was my uncle. He died as a teenager from what was suspected to be leukemia.
