Lorene Elizabeth (Bouziden) Annett died at St Ann's Nursing Home in Oklahoma City, on Sunday, May 7, 2006. She was born July 14, 1918 to Thomas Bouziden and Nellie (Shaddy) Bouziden near Alva, Oklahoma. She lived in Alva all her life.
She and her husband Joe were married on June 5, 1937, in Alva, OK. They were blessed with 64 years of marriage and 8 children.
Lorene is preceded in death by her husband Joe, son, Thomas Earl and a brother, Delore Bouziden.
She is survived by 7 children: Joe and wife Pat, Mildred Gesner and husband Gordon, Ellis and wife Nancy, Mary Welty and husband Steve, John and wife Katia, Gary and wife Norma, and Linda Mathieu and husband Richard. Lorene was blessed with 22 grandchildren; 42 great grandchildren; 6 great great-grandchildren; 3 brothers and one sister.
She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and was very proud of her family. She never forgot a birthday or wedding anniversary.
Mass of Christian Burial: St Ann's Nursing Home Tuesday, May 9, 2006.
Graveside service: Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery in Alva, OK, on Tuesday.
