William Bowser, one of the best Known residents on the west side of the river, died at the residence of his daughter, Mrs. Howard Claypoole, at Adrian, Thursday morning about ten o'clock. Deceased was aged 91 years and was held in high respect by a wide circle of acquaintances. The following children survive; Mrs. Fred Mixer, Williamstown, W. Va.; Mrs. Elizabeth Dickey, Kittanning; Roland Bowser, New Kensington; Mrs. Howard Claypoole, Adrian; Mrs. Loben Gibson, West Kittanning; Mrs. L. B. Ekas, Williamstown, W. Va.; Mrs. Daisy Bouch, New Kensington; Uriah Bowser, Adrian; Mrs. Carry Bowser, Kittanning. Two sisters also survive, Mrs. Kizziah Bowser and Mrs. Susan Bowser, both of Bolivar. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.

The funeral of William Bowser, Whose death was noted in Thursday's Leader-Times, will take place on Saturday. Services will be held in the Montgomeryville Baptist church, of which the deceased was a charter member, at half past two o'clock by Rev. James Macphail. Interment in the adjoining cemetery. In addition to eight children and two sisters, whose names were included in the notice of the death on Thursday's edition of the Leader-Times Mr. Bowser is survived by 40 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
