George G. Bahr Sr.
George G. Bahr Sr., 82, R. 1, LaCrosse, and formerly of 1218 Farnam St. died in a local hospital Monday January 1.
Survivors include one son, Clarence of R. 1, LaCrosse, two daughters Mrs. Peter (Margaret) Hurtz of R. 2, Bangor, and Mrs. Raymond (Mildred) Morehouse of Waterloo, Iowa, 20 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, one brother Frank of LaCrosse, and one sister, Mrs. William (Amelia) Jungen of LaCrosse.
He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Rose, on July 6, 1967.
Services will be Thursday at 9:45 a.m. in the Schumacher Funeral Home and at 10:30 a.m. in St. Joseph Ridge Catholic Church. Very Rev. John Malik will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. with the Rosary to be at 8:15 p.m.
He was a member of the Catholic Knights.
