The Paris News, Aug 2, 1965 - Mrs. Luther V. Blankenship, 65, the former Stella Lou Bramlett died of illness at home in Paris, Rt. 4, Sunday about 4 p.m. Daughter of W. B. and Sarah (Sewell) Bramlett, she was born April 17, 1900, in Alabama. The family will receive friends, Monday between 7 and 9 p.m. at Gene Roden & Sons Funeral Home where the service will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. Burial is arranged in Evergreen Cemetery.

THE PARIS NEWS, Wednesday, August 4, 1965: "Services for Mrs. Luther V. Blankenship, 65, of Paris, Rt. 4, were held Tuesday at Gene Roden & Sons Chapel, interment being made in Evergreen Cemetery. Mrs. Blankenship the former Stella Lou Bramlett, died Sunday at home of illness."
