MILLER - On March 18, 1955, at 4:15 a.m., at the Hanover General Hospital, Llewella Markel Miller, wife of Earl A. Miller, Seven Valleys RD 1, aged 52 years, 6 months, 13 days.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services on Sunday afternoon, March 20, at 2 p.m. at Shaffer's Union Church. Interment in adjacent cemetery.
Friends are invited to call at the Goodling Funeral Home, Seven Valleys, Saturday evening. The body will lie in state at the church from 1 o'clock till funeral.
Llewella F. Miller, member of Zion Church, died in the Hanover Hospital March 18, 1955 after an illness of three weeks. She was stricken while recovering from surgery.
Her age was 52 years, 6 months, 13 days.
Llewella was active in the organizations of the church.
She is survived by her husband, Earl A. Miller; sons, John Miller, York; Eugene Miller, Seven Valleys RD 1; Robert Miller, at home; daughters, Mrs. Leona Horn, New Freedom; Floe Miller, at home; three grandchildren; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert R. Markel, Spring Grove; and a sister, Mrs. Kathryn Miller, Spring Grove.
Her funeral was held in Zion Church on Sunday, March 20, by her pastor, assisted by Rev. George Heisey of the Reformed congregation. Burial was in Zion Cemetery.
