She was born June 10, 1925 in Ogden, a daughter of Walter J. and Rosetta Taylor Dow.
She married David F. Taylor on October 17, 1943 in Hamilton, Ohio. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple.
She was educated in the Ogden City Schools and graduated from Ogden High School in 1943.
She was a member of the Washington Terrace 5th LDS Ward. She had been a Primary teacher for many years. She worked at J. C. Penney's, I.R.S. and retired from Weber State University after 20 years of service.
She enjoyed reading, golfing, fishing, and square dancing. They were members of Whitney Whirlers Square Dance Club.
She was an inspiration to her family, her many friends and people who loved her.
Surviving are her husband of Washington Terrace; three daughters, Mrs. Bill (Barbara) Stoker, Ogden; Mrs. Michael (Linda) Marsh, North Ogden; Mrs. Jon (Joyce) Storrer, Hooper; 18 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Also surviving is one sister, June Jones, Ogden. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd., with Bishop's Counselor Gaynard Harvey of the Washington Terrace 5th Ward officiating.
