"Died on April 10, 2004 at the age of 91, surrounded by her loving family. She was born Sara Louise Limes in Greenfield, OH in April 1913. She graduated from McClain High School in Greenfield and attended Monmouth College in Monmouth, IL. She taught in a one-room schoolhouse in rural Ohio as well as in the Greenfield Public Schools. An avid artist, she studied art in Cleveland and continued her love of painting--particularly watercolors--throughout her life.She married Charles F. Watson in 1939 and moved to Rochester immediately following World War II. She was an active and dedicated member of Third Presbyterian, Twelve Corners Presbyterian, and First Presbyterian Church of Pittsford. She served as president of the Pittsford Art Group and was also active in the Penfield Art Group. A member of the Century Club and PEO Women's Group, she leaves a legacy of grace, wisdom and unwavering love.She is survived by Charles, her husband of 64 years; three daughters, Nancy M. Watson of Rochester, Betsey W. Kirk of Cherry Hill, NJ, and Susan W. Moline of Pittsford; and grandchildren, Mollie M. Kirk and Andrew W. Kirk.Her many friends are invited to attend a memorial service at 2 p.m. Friday, April 16, at First Presbyterian Church of Pittsford. Contributions in her memory may be directed to the Rochester Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association, 435 East Henrietta Rd,, Rochester, NY 14620. "
