Erhard Lawrence "Larry" Pautz, 67, of Cleveland, WI died Sunday evening, March 30, 2008 at St. Joseph Hospital in Milwaukee Larry was born August 13, 1940 in Kiel, WI to Paul F. and Elvira (Koeller) Pautz. He attended local schools and at the age of sixteen he began his employment in the theatre industry, working literally seven days a week for thirty-five years. He started as an usher and ticket vendor and later continued in maintenance and custodial work. As a result of his job, John Wayne became his "personal hero" and no other music would do but country western. After leaving the Marcus Corporation in 1987, Larry began working in the meat department at Pick'N Save, retiring in 1997, due to health issues. Larry and Sharon M. Fredrich were married on April 27, 1963 at Trinity Lutheran Church. In addition to his wife, Sharon, Larry is survived by two sons, Paul (Debbie) Pautz of Ravenswood, West Virginia and Richard (Tammy) Pautz of Sheboygan; one daughter, Rachel (Josh) Burnard of Sheboygan; one sister, Paulette (Charles) Multhauf of Sheboygan Falls; five grandchildren, April (Seth) Barmack, Kayla, Alexis, Dylan, and Devon; three great-grandchildren, Jimmie, Lorelei, and Hannah (Banana); two nieces, Michelle (Jeff) Caelwaerts and Lisa (Tony) Hughes; He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant grandson, Paul Dylan Pautz.
