CHARLES ALVIN BOND SR., a gentle & loving soul, entered into eternal rest April 30, 2010, joining his beloved parents, Clarence & Hazel Bond. Born November 11, 1934, he was a resident of Houston most of his life. He was a member of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity at University of Houston, a U.S. Navy veteran, an avid hunter & worked for Sterling Electronics for 33 years. He is survived by his children, Charles A. Bond Jr., Wendi Bond-Nesbitt, Zachary Bond & Rebecca Bond-Eads; his eight grandchildren; & three great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held May 13th @ 2PM at Unitarian Fellowship Church, 1504 Wirt Road, 77055. His final resting place will be Hillcrest Cemetery in Lufkin, TX.
