Forrest Jethro Buford Teague was known by many names... Buford, J.B., Uncle Boo, and Pappaw. He lived 87 full years, and was married to Niecie Chenault for 64 wonderful years. They have one child, Joyce Teague Brown Legg, two grandchildren, Danny Ray Brown and Dana Joyce Brown, and five great-grandchildren... Brian, Elizabeth, Emily, Erin and Laura. Many long summer days were spent in the garden, growing his own vegetables, tending to his flowers, and just tinkering around in the barn. He taught me how to drive, shoot, and fish. He loved to make things... I have a wooden detailed box, a chair made from a coke can, and when he passed away we found more popsicle sticks than you can ever imagine. His siblings were Edward, Tennis, Martha and Andy Teague. His dad, James Riley Teague, was a private in the 27th Regiment Alabama Infantry, Company A and Company C, Confederate States of America. His mom, Madgie Sparks Teague was a housewife. 1n 1997, he passed away from a blood clot.
