Troy Evan Patton, 34, of Havana, IL died at 5:36 a.m. on Saturday, January 28, 2006 at OSF St. Francis in Peoria, IL.
He was born on March 6, 1971 in Canton, IL to William and Lola Esther (Taylor) Patton.
Mr. Patton is survived by:
-father William (Bernie) Patton of Havana;
-mother Lola (Larry) Cross of Havana;
-two daughters Britany N. and Jessica M. Patton of Havana;
-one step-daughter Brady Thompson of Lewistown;
-one step-son Jonathan DeFord, of Lewistown;
-paternal grandmother Betty (Ken) Endicott of Grant's Pass, OR.
Also surviving are brother Todd (Nicki) Patton of Metamora, IL and sister Lori (Troy) Wickman of Havana.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
He was a member of the Havana Masonic Lodge. He had worked for Pepsi Co. for the past seventeen years, most recently as a Sales Manager. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed watching NASCAR races and cooking for his friends and family. He was a 1989 graduate of Havana High School.
Funeral services were held at the Hurley Funeral Home in Havana on Wednesday, February 1, 2006 at 11:00 a.m.
Visitation was from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday evening also at the funeral home. Rev. David Byrd officiating.
Burial was held at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Havana.
Memorials may be made to a scholarship fund for his daughters, Britany and Jessica Patton, through the Havana National Bank.
