|Birth: ||Aug., 1883, Germany|
|Death: ||May 4, 1974|
The daughter of Fannie (née Finstein) Kersner, perhaps from her first husband known only as "Abram Smith," Anna Smith Long may have been born in Germany or Russia. She was adopted, we believe, by her stepfather, Morace Kersner, although this cannot be ascertained at this time (February 2010).
Anna married Phil Long; they had a son who died rather young, and his name is so far lost to us. Phil Long died in the late 1950s, and Anna never remarried. She died in Massachusetts in 1974, and was buried in her native state.
Update: (August 2011): We have discovered that Anna married a man named Lander before she married Phil Long, and had a son, Stanley Kenneth Lander (1907-1943), who apparently "died young." More info on Stanley Lander as events warrant.
