Mrs. Mildred Louise Mallicoat Ballard, age 47 of Mt. Vernon, passed away Friday, Mar. 8, 2013 at the Baptist Health Lexington Hospital. She was born in Salem, IN on June 4, 1965 the daughter of James and Annetta Robinson Mallicoat. She was a housekeeper for Days Inn and a member of the Lighthouse Assembly of God.
She is survived by her husband, James Ballard; two sons, James Ballard, Jr. and Joshua Ballard, both of Mt. Vernon; her Mother, Annetta Mallicoat of Orlando; a brother, Billy Gean Robinson of Orlando; and a sister, Carcilla McGuire of Orlando. She was preceded in death by her father, James Mallicoat; and a sister, Tammy Lynn Baker.
