RALPH A. COLE

St. Marys (Special) - Ralph A. Cole, 59, of 167 Wehler Rd., died at 12:35 a.m. Tuesday at his home after an illness of about one year.

Mr. Cole was born May 19, 1910, at St. Marys, a son of George and Catherine Wendell Cole.

Mr. Cole was a security guard at Airco Speer and was a member of the company's quarter century club.

He is survived by his wife the former Miss Margaret Snyder, whom he married July 24, 1942, in DuBois; two sons, Richard Cole at home and Charles Cole of Ft. Hood, Texas; three sisters, Mrs. Herbert Reide and Mrs. Edna Adam, both of Erie, and Miss Ethel Cole of St. Marys; three brothers, Charles, Floyd and Ardell Cole, all of St. Marys.

Friends may call at a local funeral home after 2 p.m. today where the funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday with the Rev. Milton Rhodes of the First Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in the Presbyterian Cemetery.
