Alice Adey Matthews Died 1949
Mrs Alice Matthews, 69 years old,wife of Charles A. Matthews, of 1052 North Ave, Elizabeth, N.J. died last night at Elizabeth General Hospital. Born in Hazleton, Pa she had lived here for 50 years. In addition to her husband,she is survived by four sons, Raymond, Arthur, Thomas, Wesley, and a daughter Katherine Murphy. She also leaves a sister Mrs Florence Adey Shelly of Basking Ridge, N.J.
