Raymond Lynn Ball, age 32, of Sandy Hook, passed away at the Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland.
Mr. Ball is a son of Aileen Ridgeway Blankenship of Sandy Hook, and the late Oreacle Ball.
Raymond worked as a carpenter and attended the Fannin Enterprise Baptist Church.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his step-father, Kenny Blankenship; paternal grandparents, John West and Annie Ball; maternal grandparents, Raymond Oral and Ellen Marie Ridgeway; half sister, Diana Ball, also an infant sister.
Along with his mother, he is survived by his wife of five years, Nicole Whitt Ball; One step-daughter, Madison Ison of Sandy Hook; paternal step-grandmother, Laura Blankenship of Elliott County; five brothers and sisters-in-law, Owen and Pam Lewis, Oreacle Ball, Steven Ball, all of Sandy Hook, Joe and Tracey Lewis of Morehead, Daniel and Donna Ball of Salt Lick; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Abbie Lewis and Mitch Hatton of Owingsville, Rhonda and John David Elliott, Alisha and James Cassity both of Sandy Hook; one step-brother and sister-in-law, Ora Kenneth, Jr. and Erica Blankenship of Brooksville; three step-sisters and brothers-in-law, Laura and Mark McMillian of Georgetown, Tammy Hunt and Steve Rayburn of Lexington, Jennifer and Andy Reynolds of Eubanks; two half-brothers and sisters-in-law, Jimmy and Debbie Ball of Morehead, and Danny and Darlene Ball of Indiana; six nieces, four nephews, two great-nieces, and three great-nephews. His nephew, Eric Lewis, who shared the same birthday as his Uncle Raymond.
