LAKE WALES - Joseph C. Abate, 67, of Lake Wales, FL, passed away on Feb. 2, 2011 of complications from kidney and heart disease.
Joseph was born Jan. 19, 1944, in Boston, MA to Paul and Catherine Abate.
Lovingly remembererd and survived by wife Susan; son Mark of NH; stepchildren Julie and David Livingston of MA; grandchildren Julian and Aidan of NH; Brothers Paul and family of NH and Victor and family of MA; Uncle Edward of MA; numerous cousins, his dear cat Little Girl and many friends and neighbors in Lake Wales.
At Joe's request there will be no services. Donations may be made to the American Kidney Foundation.
