JAMES ROSS HUTCHINSON. Former Douglas County Commissioner, James Ross Hutchinson, 82, died Saturday at a local hospital following a prolonged illness. He was born at Oakland, October 2, 1878. Hutchinson Wayside Park located on Highway 225 between Tyee and Kellogg, was named in honor of him. He is survived by 3 daughters, 14 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. He was buried at Kellogg Cemetery.
