Mrs. Dessie Banks, age 80, of Chatsworth passed away on February 17, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Josh Banks, parents, Walter and Nancy Bagley, sister, Odie Defore, brothers, Floyd Bagley, Chuck "Lois" Bagley, Arvil Lee "Doc"Bagley, and Charles Bagley.
She is survived by one sister, Mary Hooker of Chatsworth. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Funeral Service for Mrs. Dessie Banks was held Thursday, Feb. 20, at 2 PM in the Chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Rev. George Gray officiaing. Interment followed at Fain Cemetery in Calhoun, GA. The family received friends on Wednesday at the funeral home after 5 PM. Arrangements made with integrity by Shawn Chapman Funeral Home Crematory and Monuments.
