Rachel Trent said he was postmaster of Orlando, Florida for 10 years. He came back to Missouri after his father sold the mine and gave each child 80 acres of land. "Uncle Hugh was my father's only brother and one of my favorite people. He was a fun person to be around. His wife was Aunt Anna."
