Survivors: Wife, Diana M. Hogans; sons, Fred Wayne Hogans Jr. and his wife, Roberta, Tony Hogans and his wife, Sophia, and Kieth Hogans and his wife, Holly; daughter Tina Hogans; brother, Bobby Hogans; sisters Dale Overton and Frances Mathis; and five grandchildren.
