Born in Miles City, Montana on 7 December 1947. His hometown Canon City, Colorado. Entered the Navy on 2 May 1975. RM2 Juergens reported to reported to Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squardron THREE on 26 February 1976. Survived by his wife, Mrs Prasai Juergens and his daughter, Parichat. Hus mother Wilma and sisters Cathy and Sharon
