Dan Hall, Jr, 40, prominent Georgia newspaperman and brother of Park Hall, assistant circulation manager of The Journal, died Saturday morning at the United States Veterans' hospital here. Born in Atlanta, where he served for a number of years on the staff of The Journal. Mr. Hall later took up newspaper work in Macon, having returned to Atlanta about two months previous to his death. He was a veteran of the World War, a Mason and a devoted member of the Baptist church. Mr. Hall is survived by his wife, the former Miss Jemima "Mima" Owens; one daughter, Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Hall; his mother, Mrs. Mary C. "Mollie" Watters Hall, and his borther Park Hall.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 11 o'clock Monday morning, at Spring Hill, by the Rev. Louis D. Newton. Interment will be in West View cemetery.
