Kevin Scott Autry, 45, of West Columbia, Texas, passed away in Houston, Texas, at Methodist Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born May 2, 1966, in Littlefield, Texas, to Lonnie Gene and Judy Elaine (Zuber) Autry. He was a shift supervisor for Shintech, an avid hunter and proud daddy.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Friday, May 6, 2011, at Baker Funeral Home in West Columbia with Pastor Chris Rees officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Lawn Haven of Rest in West Columbia.
Visitation will be Thursday evening from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. also at Baker Funeral Home in West Columbia.
Pallbearers are Shane Guice, David Disisto, Quent Walters, Joe Singleton, Louis Lara and Buck Motal. Honorary pallbearers are friends at Shintech.
Kevin is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Melissa Walters Autry, of West Columbia; daughters, Whitney and Allyson Autry, of West Columbia; parents, Gene and Judy Autry, of Angleton; mother-in-law, Keeta Singleton and husband, Jim, of Bandera; father-in-law, Steve Walters and wife, Janet, of Angleton; brothers, Ronnie Autry and wife, Tracie, of Angleton and Trey Autry and wife, Jennifer, also of Angleton; along with numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
