 Edna Dorothy Olinger, 92, died Friday, Nov. 7, 2014 at Pioneer Manor Nursing Home in Hugoton.

She was born Jan. 27, 1922 to Elmore and Margeret (Ormiston) Palmer in Edler, Colo.

She married Charles F. Olinger Aug. 17, 1947 in Hugoton. He preceded her in death.

She was a member of First Church of God and VFW Auxiliary of Hugoton.

Survivors include four sons: John Olinger and wife Karen, Clifton, Idaho, James Olinger, Hugoton, Alfred Olinger and wife Kim, Montezuma, and Robert Olinger, Guymon, Okla.; brother, Wendall Palmer, Pampa, Texas; sister, Florence Herring, Shreveport, La.; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Donald, Earl Dean and Charles; and sisters: Margaret Parmelee, Lois Farmer, Eunice Poole and Clara Griggs.

• Funeral services will be Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2014 at 10 a.m. at the First Church of God in Hugoton with Pastor Tim Erickson presiding.

Friends may call today from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
