Son of Richard Sisk and Clara VanWinkle Charles (Bud) came to Wenas Yakima Wa.in a covered wagon before 1882 he claimed he was 3 months old, His obit said he was born in 1878 but his older sister was born in june 1878 and my guess is Charles was born in 1880 and his family moved to Yakima from California in 1881. His Grandfather Richard Congrave Sisk 1814-1886? was in the Wenas area in the 1880 US Census as a boarder. My guess was setting up for his families move and since he had 2 grown sons moving to Wenas it is unlikly he ever went back to California. Charles was husband of Audrey L Swann. father of Roy, Clarence, Frances, Myrtle, Ray, Hobart, and Stanley
