Lucinda Bridges Wall and William Wall came to Texas with others from Georgia in about 1874. The Walls were one of the first settlers around the Spanish Fort area to have glass window panes. Lucinda and William Wall had a large family.

Some family sources say that Lucinda Wall is not actually buried in the Old Spanish Fort Cemetery. They say she died and is buried in Cuthbert, Randolph County, Georgia. This has yet to be proven, however.
