TODAY IS THE DAY ~ You have been with our Lord in heaven as long as you lived on earth ~ 22 years today. In some ways it seems like it was yesterday and other ways it's still a fog and seems like FOREVER since you left us. I miss you as much as I did "the first day!" Some day soon we will be reunited, until then remember you are forever in my heart! xox
I Had Flown With Eagles and now I am flying with Angels
In reoccuring dreams of flight in which I gather strength, not in body, but in spirit - makes each dream seem much higher off the ground than one before....for I had flown with eagles. At first, above the sparrow and then the seagull. What a peaceful and serene ride it was. Yet short, for I had awakened not long after eyes had closed. On second journey, found myself above the falcon and the hawk. While body seemed to weaken, could feel my spirit growing stronger....for I had flown with eagles....this time the flight was longer. Than there was extended third thru a haze, a mist that cooled the heat of sun off my face. As I climbed above what I knew were clouds, not doves....I realized I'd flown above the eagles. I'd swear I had seen the face of my creator....if true it be and not my time to sing you praise, while here so close at least allow me - to touch the hand of thee. I know real soon, will come a final dream of no return above the moon. This time I'll fly alone, well above the eagles with whom I had flown. And with my wings I'll easily glide....climbing to heights where only angels are known to fly.
