|Birth: ||Aug. 5, 1987, USA|
|Death: ||Mar. 18, 2009|
James Wayne Darrow, 21, was born the son of Kim Burril and Chad Darrow on Aug. 5, 1987. He went suddenly to our Lord on March 18, 2009.
He was a loving son who will be missed so much by all who knew him. He lived life to the fullest in everything he did. He enjoyed music, movies, video games, snowboarding, camping, fishing (only when the fish were biting), four-wheeling, and his new found hobby - motorcycling. He was very particular in the things he did and was very determined to make everything "just right."
James graduated in 2006 from Nampa Skyview High School. He recently achieved his associate's degree in criminal justice with dreams of becoming a police officer. To make his way through college he delivered pizzas at Pizza Hut. He was also an active member of the United States Naval Reserve where he acquired the special skills of welding and protecting the rights of all of us.
Jame's life was a candle that burned so bright and, if we let it, can lead us all through the darkness. He was a wonderful son, grandson, brother and friend. His beautiful smile and bright blue eyes will be remembered by all.
He is survived by his parents, Chad and Vickie Darrow and John and Kim Burril, brother and sister Jerron and Jorja, Grandma Cheryl Blankenship and Papa Dwight Blankenship, grandparents Jerry and Judy Kirkhart, great-grandmas, numerous aunts and uncles, cousins: Travis; Zack and Amanda; Ryan and Robert; Ryan, Trenton, Courtney and Eric; Brandy and Danielle, and many other friends, including his best friend, Derrik Coffelt.
There will be a viewing on Sunday, March 22, at the Nampa Funeral Home (Yraguen Chapel) located at 415 12th Ave. S., Nampa, Idaho between 4-7 p.m. A memorial service will follow at 11 a.m. Monday, March 23, at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, please make all donations to the U.S. Naval Academy in the name of James Darrow.
