Born December 30, 1980 in Chico, California. Son of William Bunch and Tamara Garner. Stepson of Russ Garner. Brother to John, Lance, & Blake. Friend to everyone. Billy was always there for people and when he talked to you it felt like you were the only person in the world that mattered. I can still remember the last time I spoke to Billy. We all used to work at the Flamingo Hilton pool together. I went to pick up my paycheck and he happened to be on duty. We talked a little, hugged, and he said "I'll see ya later." I have been waiting for "later" since the afternoon of April 15th. On that day I stopped being a child and was thrown into a nightmare that I don't think I've ever really awoken. Billy was found in the garage of a friends house, he'd died from hanging. I will always remember Billy's bright blue eyes and his kindness. I hope that I told him I loved him and I hope he knows that I'm not angry at him anymore. I would give almost anything to have him back. He taught me a very important lesson though. No matter how bad things may seem it's not a reason to give up on the world because even if it doesn't feel like it, it will get better. Billy I love you always and forever. "We'll meet again, when both our cars collide."
"The best portion of a good man's life,
His little, nameless, unremembered acts,
Of kindness and of love."
