Riverside, Calif.- Funeral services were held here for Mrs. Ella Judkins East. 81, who died Thursday, May 10, 1979, in Riverside.
Mrs. East was born Aug 1, 1897, in Liberty, Utah. She was married to O. Earl East on Sept 6, 1916, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He later died. She had taught Primary Sunday School and MIA in the LDS Church and served on the genealogical committee. She had been an active temple worker. She formerly worked for the Ogden Standard-Examiner, and had lived in Mesa. Ariz.
Surviving are one daughter, Cleo E. Neugart, Riverside, Calif.; one son, Norman J. East, Long Beach Calif.; seven grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
Burial was in Rose Hills Memorial Park, Whittier, Calif.
