Son of Olive E. (Cirby) and James W. Bailey. Grandson of pioneer Roseville settler George Cirby. Former husband of Anna Bailey and Enid (Day) Bailey. Survived by wife Fern (Siegle) Bailey. (His 3rd wife Fern is buried with her lst husbnd James Seigle wherever that is.) Retired Capt. of Roseville Fire Dept.(30 yrs). Past Grand Patriarch of the Grand Encampment of California; past Major, Colonel and Brigadier General of the Department of California Patriarch Militant; and a member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows over 50 years. Stepfather to Kaaren for 34 yrs. and beloved Grandfather of Donnie and Chris.Attended Roseville High School.
