LINDALE - Graveside services for Annie Margaret Alvey, 76, Lindale, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at Lindale City Cemetery with Brother Bobby McClenny officiating under direction of Caudle-Rutledge Funeral Directors, Lindale.
Mrs. Alvey died Dec. 12, 2006, in a Tyler hospital.
She was born Oct. 12, 1930, in Garden Valley to the late John and Annie Sikes Sellers and was a lifelong resident of the Lindale Area.
She co-owned and operated Fried-lander's Hardware for many years and was a seamstress and member of Central Baptist Church, Lindale.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Dee Alvey Sr.; brothers, G.L. Sellers, Gean Sellers and Clarence Sellers; and sisters, Grace Akins and Shirley Cates.
Survivors include sons, Gean Alvey and Joe Dee Alvey Jr., both of Lindale; sister, Gladys Wright, Wichita Falls; three grandchildren; and two great-granddaughters.
Family will receive friends 6:30-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
If desired, memorials may be made to Salvation Army's Angel Tree Program.
