James Andrew Andrus, infant son fo Les and Cindy Farnsworth Andrus, died shortly after birth October 4, 1986 at Madison Memorial Hospital.
He is survived by his parents of Lyman; three brothers, Nathan, Merrill, and Blake, all of the family home; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Farnsworth, Ucon; Pauline Andrus Allred, Corning, California; great-grandmothers, Bernice James, Lewisville and Angelina Monson, Ucon.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Sutton Cemetery.
