Vernon Lee Brock was born to Maudie (Freeman) and Andrew Riley Brock May 3, 1925 in OKC.

He had 3 half siblings by his mother: Juanita Clapp (1928), Donald Clapp (1930), Betty Clapp (1934). He was a loving and protecting brother.

He married Catherine Ryan and had two sons: Alan Lee Brock Sr (1945) and Larry Dee Brock (1947-1969 died in Vietnam).

He married Ann Taliaferro (b 1925) in 1954. Ann had two children Carol Wall (1943) and Chipper Wall (1946).

Vernon & Ann had 2 daughters: Patricia Brock (1958) and Vanessa Brock (1962).

Vernon loved repairing old cars and driving his boat! He adored the life at the lake and spent hours pulling his children, grandchild and nieces all over the lake.

He lived in OKC many years and lived at Clear Lake near Marlow, OK for many years. At the time of his death he was living in Amber OK with his adoring and loving wife, Ann.
Vernon's ashes were spread in the place he loved most by his children.
