Homer T. ROBISON, 79, former Brown Twp Trustee died Jan 12, 1961 at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Naomi Mitchell near Marshall. He lived on a farm near Waveland since 1906, served two terms as Twp. Trustee and was superintendent of the Shades Park until his health failed more than 5 years ago. Born near Lebanon Aug 16, 1882, he was the son of Charles W. and Margaret Cranford Robison. He was married Oct 20, 1906 to Lottie Bayless, who survives. He was a member of the Waveland Methodist Church. He was active in church and community affairs. A graduate of Alamo High School he attended Valparaiso University. He was a member of the Farm Bureau for many years. Surviving besides the wife are 3 sons: Gerald; Gordon and Charles; the daughter; 13 grandchildren and six greats; a brother, Frank; 3 sisters, Mrs. Ethel Palmer; Mrs. Blanche Simms and Mrs. Mary Busenbark. Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Waveland Methodist Church with Rev. Fred Dean officiating, assisted by Rev. CN McBrayer. Interment in Freedom Cemetery with Machledt & Servies Funeral Home in charge.
