Mildred Hope Walters Branch of Boardman went to be with the Lord on August 14, 2014 at the Lower Cape Fear Hospice and Lifecare Center in Whiteville.
Final rites will be held 3:00 P.M. Saturday, August 16, 2014 at CrossPoint Community Church with Reverend William O'Neal officiating. Interment will follow in the Boardman Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery.
She was the widow of John Craven Branch and the daughter of the late James Mac and Lennie Bass Walters. She was also preceded in death by a son, John Terry Branch; six siblings, Ludie W. Bass, Sadie W. Nance, Pauline W. Lawson, Mary W. Ivey, Hillary Walters, and English Walters.
She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Beth B. Ward of Boardman and Jo Carol Ford of Cerro Gordo; a son, Kevin Branch of Clarkton; 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
