A son of the late Johnny E. Bullard and Emma Lawrence Bullard Davis. He was a veteran of the US Army, served in the Vietnam War, recipient of two Bronze Stars. A retired law enforcement officer with the D.O.T., was of the Baptist Faith, and a member or the V.F.W. Post 4346.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Annett Stonell.
He is survived by his wife, Louise Stowe Bullard, daughter Jodi Bullard, three sons,and daughters-in-law,

Funeral services will be held, December 30, 2013, at the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with the Rev. Dr John Brown,the Rev. Jerrell Beatty,and the Rev. Raymond Stonell officating.
Interment will be in the Toms Creek Baptist Church Cemetery
with military honors provided by the Georgia National Guard and the VFW Post 4346.
