Funeral services for Mrs. Juanita Pharr were held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 14, 1998 in the First United Methodist Church with Reverends Steve Carraway and Barry Hoekstra officiating. Burial followed in the Garden of Memories under the direction of Southern Funeral Home.

Mrs. Pharr, age 55 of Winnfield, died Thursday February 12, 1998 in the Rapides Regional Medical Center following a lengthy illness. she was a member of the First United Methodist Church and a member of the Irene Woods Sunday School Class. A member of the United Methodist Womens and Palestine Chapter No. 55, Order of the Eastern Star, and cancer support group.

Survivors include her husband, William Pharr of Winnfield, daughter Rhonda P. Howell of Houston, Tx., granddaughter, Lindlay Howell of Houston, Tx., brother and sister-in-lawCurtis and Bobbie Pharr of Magnolia, Ar., sisters Ginny Prather of Smackover, Ar., and Belinda McKinnon of Prescott, Ar.

Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church Chancel, the Louisiana Methodist Children's home in Ruston, La. and or to the American Cancer Society.

Pallbearers were Billy Humphries, Vernon Weeks, Troy Lee Grice, Chad Misuraca, Ty Melton and Tommy Henderson. Honorary Pallbearers were Brandon McKinnon, Joel Dougan, Rod Caskey, and Ronnie Roberts
