CHAPMAN, Willam Edward, 79, of Clay, died Tuesday in his home after a long illness. He was a member of Pisgah Freewill Baptist Church at Clay. Surviving are his widow, Myrtle; two daughters, Mrs. Marie Wiseman and Miss Virginia Chapman, both of Clearwater Fla.; a son, Cecil Chapman of Columbus, Ohio; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. The body is at Clay Funeral Home.
