Her parents were John Pawlirzyn (1881 - 1964), and Josephine (Djubek) Pawlirzyn (1881 - 1967), immigrant parents from Poland (Ukraine). They immigrated through Ellis Island in 1906 and the baby would have been the 9th child born to them.

Baby Josephine is burried along with her parents, siblings, Sophia and Julie. Her headstone only says Baby in the low right hand corner.
