Obituary:
Green Bush Moore, son of J.B. and Mary Elizabeth Moore, was born August 7, 1877 in Mercer County, Missouri.

He departed this life while in the ambulance on the way to St. Mary's Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. His remains were returned to the Noble Funeral Home in Bethany, Missouri, where he had resided for several years prior to his death. His age was 87 years, 1 month, 12 days.

Mr. Moore was united in marriage to Miss Laura Arvilla Wilkerson on September 17, 1900. She preceded him in death on August 29, 1943.

To this union were born ten children. Surviving are James Emery Moore, Glendale, Arizona; Lionel Max Moore, Weldon, Iowa; and Sewell Wendell Moore, Anaheim, California. Those children preceding him in death were Olen, Olen C., Glendoris, Mildred May, Rex Lyle, Seabert Sublet, and Ioris Lorene.

Mr. Moore also leaves a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as six sisters and two brothers, Mrs. Vada Browning, Shenandoah, Iowa; Mrs. Della Brown, Clarinda, Iowa; Mrs. Ollie Barber, Chariton, Iowa; Mrs. Lottie Ward, Independence, Missouri; Mrs. Alice Cox, Denver, Colorado; Mrs. Florence McClellan, Kansas City, Missouri; Ray Moore, Albin, Wyoming; and Fred Moore, Yucaipa, California.

Graveside funeral services were conducted at the Moore Cemetery in Mercer County at 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, the 23rd day of September 1964, the Reverend James King of Bethany officiating.
