Vivian was born in Peace Valley to Joseph Adam and Ethel Marie Bolin Broyles. On September 19, 1936, she was married at White Church to Henry J. Bandy. They were the parents of four children; Ellis, Douglas, Shirley and Rick. Vivian was the sister of Bill Broyles, Violet Sifford, Bertie Woody, Alta lee Woody, Mabel Sanders, Oscar Broyles and Clifford Broyles.
Funeral services were held on February 17, 2013, in the Rose Chapel of Robertson Drago Funeral Home.
