Jerahmai N. Aldo, 21, of Stafford passed away on Thursday, Jan. 1, 2004, in Indiana, Pa.
He was a 2001 graduate of North Stafford High School, and was a communications dispatcher for the Metropolitan Washington Airport Transit Authority Police. Jerahmai had also studied martial arts and had been a volunteer for the Special Olympics and vacation Bible school at Ebenezer United Methodist Church in Stafford, where he was a member.
Jerahmai is survived by his mother, Robin Aldo of Fredericksburg; his father and stepmother, Steve and Kelly Aldo of Manassas; two brothers, Sean Aldo of Fredericksburg and Connor Aldo of Manassas; two sisters, Brittany and Brianna Aldo, both of Manassas; a stepgrandmother, Marlene O'Connor of Woodbridge; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is also survived by his girlfriend, Jennelle Baker of Stafford.
Services for Jerahmai will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2004, at Ebenezer United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Mark Miller officiating. Interment will follow in Stafford Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at the church on Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to the American Heart Association, Memorial Processing Center, Box 5216, Glen Allen, Va. 23058.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel.
