Birth: Feb. 20, 1857
Death: May 25, 1906

Elizabeth was spoken of with love and fondness by her daughter Charlotte. Even through she had many hardships in her life the stories of her humor and determination live on. She was a widow of William Rickenberg who she married in 1892 and who adopted her two daughters Emma and Charlotte. A.V. Moore her son from a previous marriage helped her manage her boarding house in Idaho until she moved to Washington to be near her parents. She was married to William Walter at the time of her death. She died in Winlock and was buried in the family plot at Claquato. On a personal note I wish I had known you. If only half of the stories told of you by your daughter are true you were a wonderful woman and a grtgrtgrandma to be proud of.
